Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Classic Ceiling Supplies. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
This shipping policy (“Policy”) applies to online, telephone and in-store purchases.
- Processing your order:

- An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
- Shipment processing times:

- Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, for vents, smaller roses and other small items, we aim to have all orders processed within 10 business days. If the order is large and will need to be put onto a pallet, this can take up to 4 weeks. We will aim to contact if there are any major delays.
- Shipment locations and restrictions:

- Classic Ceilings Supplies does not ship internationally at this time.
- We ship domestic only - anywhere in Australia to both commercial and domestic addresses.
- All smaller packages will be sent via Sendle.com. They can not deliver to Post Office boxes, auction houses, malls, furniture and retail stores, hospitals, military bases and airports. If you wish to have items delivered to these locations, or via Auspost, please let us know.
- Freight will be sent via Team Global Express (inusred) or in South Australia, via local courier (uninsured) or ourselves with our own trucks.
- Clients are free to arrange their own transport with couriers or freight companies or by themselves. Please see point 9.
- Shipment rates:

- If purchased online, these will be calculated automatically.
- If purchase in-store or over the telephone, rates will be estimated and communicated with you. They may or may not include a pallet and/or packaging fee.
- Local Adelaide delivery is currently $99.90 per delivery and may be more or less depending upon the location and size of the order. If an outer Adelaide metro area is delivery is completed via our own trucks, we will communicate the price to you.
- There will be a minimum freight charge of $18.90 for all orders.
- Shipping delivery estimates:

- Once your packaged and transport arranged, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
- Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
- Express shipping:
- The order will arrive within the freight company’s estimates (generally within 1-5) business days. Express shipping is only available at an extra cost. Please enquire with us.
- Express shipping:
- Standard shipping:
- The order will arrive within the freight company’s estimates (generally within 2-15 days). Standard shipping costs are calculated when you place your order. In some cases we may have to provide you with a freight company shipping quote.
- Conditions:
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays and when the office is exceptionally closed.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
- When placing an order, we consider these factors when calculating the estimated delivery date:
- Address
- Size of order
- Type of order
- Type of packaging
- Tracking:

- Classic Ceiling Supplies aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, if it:
- Is being sent via a courier, you will receive a link to track your package.
- Is being sent via courier, or the telephone details of the freight company.
- Damages:

- Despite that we package our products like works of art, occasionally items do get damaged in transport by couriers.
- Once your receive your order, please take photos of the labels and outside packaging.
- If there is any damage in the interior, please contact us immediately via 08 8243 0653 or sales@classicceilings.com.au or via the platform you purchased from (i.e. ebay, Etsy, etc.) and send photos of the:
- Outside packaging
- Label on the outside
- Plaster damage
- Inside packaging
- Without the above details within the specified timeframes, we can't entertain any replacements.
- Missing or lost packages:

- There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. Classic Ceiling Supplies politely request that customers look in common courier hiding spots. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us as soon as possible to report missing or lost packages immediately.
- Local collection transport waiver:

- Local collection is at our warehouse: 954-956 Port Road, Albert Park, SA, 5061.
- Our preference is to deliver our plaster products (including damp/wet) as we have the expertise. We will provide a quote.
- While it is not our recommendation, own transport is at your own risk.
- We do not take any responsibility for the products if damaged in transit
- Please note that we are not legally required to load your products at our warehouse, but we will aim to assist you.
- Storage waiver:

- We do not take responsibility for damage of products stored at your site.
- Recycling:

- Where possible, we will use recycled materials to pack goods.
